Milly – 10 month old female Bearded Collie Cross

Milly 10 month old is possibly Bearded Collie, Pointer cross Beagle being fostered in Gloucestershire. This lovely girl started her life in Surrey brought as a puppy for a family – I think having got to know Milly and the state of the blanket she came with that stunk of wee,dirty collar and was so dirty she has been badly neglected, very shut down and quiet for such a young dog we do not know what has happened, they sold her on the free ads to the first family that would give them £100 and then this family realised when they went to see her that is was a mistake with 4 children and a young Collie but did not want to leave her so they took her – that is how she came into rescue.

She is too quiet at the moment but has been around a lot of different dogs and is very good with them I think as we have a couple of young dogs in at that moment she was a bit overwhelmed plus it was another move in the same week, she has gone into a quieter foster home with two small dogs and is doing fine. She appears to be house trained, quiet and settles well at night. She is very sweet and loving once she knows you but can be a bit frightened to begin with – her foster home has taken it very slow with her but we feel she has been pulled around and possibly hit. She also had marks on her face.

When she is fed with the other dogs she can be quite guardy so is fed separately, playing with toys etc she is not possessive at all but can get a bit funny over sticks. I think this gentle dogs just needs a kind experienced home she is still really only a baby and needs consistently and training – I think has she progressive with us she will improve and we will see a different Milly has the days go on.

I think a dog like Milly would probably benefit from an experienced home with or without another dog, someone who has had an abused or neglected dog, she has a lot of good qualities including how she is with lots of new dogs, she just need that experienced hand to guide her through to adulthood.

We are hoping as she progresses we can change this profile but this is where we are abouts at the moment.

Tiny – 4 year old female Cross-Breed

Tiny is a small sized 4 years old female Cross-Breed. This cutie is Tiny, just like the name she is tiny in size! This bundle of fun is actually shy at first, she just wants to be loved but she is wary to accept straight away, but once she warms to you and learns to trust this tiny girl will become your best friend.

Tiny is 4 years old and she gets on great with other dogs. Tiny is in foster in the Crawley area where she is thriving and each day is gaining confidence, Tiny would love to live with another dog who she could play with.

Tiny adores playing with toys and will empty a toy box and play by herself or with her foster sisters.

Bert – 8 month old male Cross-Breed

Bert is a medium to large sized 8 month old Cross-Breed puppy. Bert was found along with his siblings in the freezing cold, after suffering from a skin condition they had almost no fur on their bodies.

Luckily their loving rescuer found them, or they would have surely frozen to death. Nursed back to health and given daily baths these pups are super happy and are all in good health.

Bert and his siblings are 8 months old and they will be medium in size when fully grown. Bert is a happy, playful pup. He gets on well with other dogs and he loves to cuddle.

Caitlyn – 5 month old female Cross-Breed

Caitlyn is a small sized 5 month old female Cross-Breed. This super cutie is Caitlyn, she was rescued along with her mum and sister. She is currently in foster in the Gloucestershire area.

Caitlyn is a very friendly girl who loves a fuss. She gets on great with other dogs.

Tomasina – 1 year old female Cross-Breed

Tomasina is a small to medium sized, 1 year old female Cross-Breed. Sweet Tomasina is currently in foster care in the New Forest, she is 32 cm tall, weighing 7-8 kg. Tomasina is a lovely happy girl, she gets on great with other dogs and she loves human attention.

She is super friendly and she just wants to be loved. This confident girl wants nothing more than a fuss and a cuddle. She loves playing with her foster brothers and sisters.

Tomasina is a very friendly girl, she greets strangers with a waggy tail and kisses other dogs while she is out on walks. Tomasina is a lively energetic girl, it would be lovely if she could to a forever home where she can live with or visit with other dogs regularly.

Tomasina is long haired so she needs to be brushed regularly to avoid knots.

Lolita – 2 year old female Cross-Breed

Lolita is a medium sized 2 year old female Cross-Breed. Sweet Lolita was rescued as a small pup, she had been abandoned in a field. She is currently living in a foster home in the Gloucestershire area.
